Paul
Berdette is the owner of Hospitality Plus Ltd. (1981).
He
started in this industry with the Hyatt Regency Hotels and later
worked with Laventhol & Horwath CA. Mr. Berdette has over
twenty years experience as an owner/operator and as a
consultant. Mr. Berdette
has presented various seminars for Financial Institutions,
Government Agencies, and other professional firms. Mr. Berdette's area of expertise lies in financing and the development of new conceptual ideas within the industry. Specialized technical areas include strategic planning, market analysis, financial analysis, and value enhancement.

John
Clarke is a senior consultant at Hospitality Plus Ltd. Mr.
Clarke has twenty-five years experience in various positions of
hotel management, including three years marketing assistant in
Antiqua, BWI and twenty-two years as a general manager with the
Holiday Inns in four Ontario locations. During these years, he
has developed a management point of view and the ability to
listen and identify revenue opportunities. Between 1990
and 1997, Mr. Clarke conducted and participated in the market
and financial feasibility components of various projects
including market and resource collection and analysis,
recognizing travel trends, accommodation evaluation, market
demand quantification, competitive analysis, facilities and
concept recommendations, and the introduction of marketing
strategies.

Wayne Kyle is
a senior consultant at Hospitality Plus Ltd. Mr. Kyle was with
the Ministry of Health, Ambulance Services Branch from 1966 to
1977, at which time he switched Ministries to The Ministry of
the Solicitor General. Mr. Kyle was a
member of the Ontario Provincial Police from 1978 to 1988, at
which time he was a senior investigator in both major drug
investigations and commercial frauds. Mr. Kyle handles all our
receivership management files. He has also co-authored
operational guides for maximizing profit potentials relating to
food & beverage and labour cost controls.

Rob Hiles joined the HPL team in the Spring of 2004. Prior to joining HPL, he was responsible for the installation, training and support of approximately 100 Hotels & Resort computer systems. Mr. Hiles held the position of Vice-President of Citadel Hospitality (Brilliant Hotelsoftware) from 2001 to 2003. His experience includes several years in the area of Food & Beverage industry with a fine dining establishment and several years in various positions of the Hotel industry.
